Refund Policy

Our refund policies are designed to accommodate honest customers while preventing digital product distribution fraud.

1. General Refund Stance

Due to the nature of digital products, which are downloadable instantly upon payment clearance and cannot be physically returned, we do not support refunds once files have been successfully downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if:

• The purchase transaction was completed, but you never initiated any download attempt (download counter is 0).
• The download streaming is completely broken on our server end, and our support team cannot resolve the file access within 48 hours.
• The product details description contained significant, misleading errors about software requirements or version specifications.

3. Access Revocation upon Refund

When an administrator approves a refund, the order state is updated to `Refunded` and all related download access tokens are updated to `Revoked` on the database level. Direct links will instantly block access, and the user's dashboard library will lock.
